Conophytum maughanii is a compact succulent featuring two thick, fleshy leaves that are almost fully fused, forming a soft, globular to short cylindrical shape. The leaves are pale green to pale orange, with the tips often being translucent. As the plant enters dormancy in late winter, it gradually changes to a purple-red hue.

Soil: They thrive in porous and high draining soil
Watering: They need very few watering once in 10 days. Conophytums go dormant in the spring, they require little or no water.
